JSC "UK Sibirskaya"

During the execution of work, our specialists refined and introduced additional engineering and technical changes to the design and estimate documentation in order to optimize and improve the construction of this facility. The work was carried out on the Northern industrial site according to the Customer's working documentation. All work was completed on time with good quality, with the signing of a technical readiness certificate and the transfer of a complete set of as-built documentation. The total length of the heating main from the Boiler House building to the Heater Building is 603.4 m, consisting of pre-insulated pipelines 325/500 with underground channels and three above-ground compensators. Implementation period: July–November 2025.

JSC Proksima Company, private investor

Project for the installation of external water supply networks. A water pipeline with a total length of over 50 km was constructed in 5 months. A total of 573 water supply wells and 28 chambers were installed. The work was carried out on 1,500 land plots. More than 80 people and 20 units of specialized equipment were involved in the project. Implementation period: 18 months.

LLC "Dis Group"

The development of a ventilation and air conditioning design for the office area and filter production workshop has been completed. Supply and exhaust ventilation units with a total capacity of 32,000 m³/h were installed, featuring energy-efficient heat recuperators that reduce operating costs for air heating in winter and air cooling in summer. Duct-type industrial split systems with a total cooling capacity of 210 kW were installed. Premises area: 1,200 m². Implementation period: January – April 2025.

LLC "Thermoland"

A layout scheme for the ventilation equipment was developed. Ventilation equipment for swimming pools with air cooling and dehumidification systems, with a total capacity of 40,000 m³/h, was installed. The work was carried out in very cramped conditions during the winter period without heating. An extensive network of air ducts was also installed, including above the pools, in compliance with sanitary and epidemiological requirements and standards. A comprehensive set of works was performed for the startup and commissioning of the ventilation equipment, including modifications to the supplied equipment. Total area of the premises: 2,000 m². Implementation period: 6 months.

Project for the construction of a second-lift pumping station. Mechanical, ultraviolet, and ozonation water treatment systems are provided. Water is supplied to the upper and lower sites by separate booster stations. To accommodate personnel and maintain acceptable microclimate parameters, water supply, sewage, heating, and ventilation systems are provided. Water is drawn from 13 wells and transported via polyethylene pipelines. Water reserves for firefighting and utility needs are stored in two clean water tanks, each with a volume of 1,000 m³. For external firefighting, wells with cast iron hydrants are provided. The pipeline length for the upper site is 27.8 km, and for the lower site – 23 km.

Project for the installation of high and medium pressure gas distribution networks in a newly forming settlement. The project includes the installation of cabinet-type gas distribution points. The length of the high-pressure gas pipeline is 3,359 m, and the medium-pressure gas pipeline is 38,200 m.

JSC "UK Sibirskaya"

Our organization provided engineering support for the reconstruction project of the loading and warehouse complex of the Uvalnaya Enrichment Factory in terms of ventilation and aspiration, followed by its implementation. Work was performed on the installation of ventilation and aspiration systems for the loading and warehouse complex (enclosed coal warehouse, transfer building, loading building). Supply air handling units with a total capacity of 35,000 m³/h, radial explosion-proof fans for removing contaminated air from premises, and air cleaning systems using multi-vortex wet scrubbers (13 units) were installed. The work was carried out in the premises of an operational facility without stopping the production process under explosion and fire hazardous conditions.

For the facility, a comprehensive set of works was carried out to create and upgrade the fire extinguishing system, with a focus on reliability, automation, and uninterrupted operation of all components. Specialists installed and commissioned an automatic fire extinguishing pumping station with a jockey pump, assembled steel and polymer pipelines, installed 1,023 water sprinkler heads, and replaced the water supply inlet from steel pipes with polyethylene pipes. Additionally, electrically actuated valves were installed at the inlet, and an automatic control system for these valves was implemented.

The design documentation was developed, and the required capacity of the ventilation unit was calculated. The task of placing the equipment in a residential building room that was unsuitable in terms of size was completed. Installation was carried out: ventilation equipment and air ducts in a loft-style office space (exposed routing with polymer painting of the air ducts), a 45 kW VRV air conditioning system with cassette-type indoor units. Total area of the premises: 500 m². Implementation period: 4 months.

The supply and exhaust ventilation system for the main production area has been completed: roasting, filling, and packaging lines. A Ballu supply unit with a capacity of 30,000 m³/h was used. Air purification systems were installed on the exhaust from the process equipment, and a heat recovery scheme was implemented through ventilation from the production equipment to heat the warehouse premises during the winter period.
